This past week we spent in Idaho with Royce's family. We didn't want to make that 9 1/2 hour drive so we got some buddy passes from our friends Phil and Holly. It was quite the adventure! On the way down we got stranded in Denver for 8 1/2 hours because they had cancelled 2 flights earlier that day so it pushed everyone back. We thought we were going to have to sleep in the airport but we ended up getting on the last flight of the day thank heaven!! It wasn't that bad though..it was actually kind of fun! There was lots of really good food and there are 3 levels so we just walked around. Anyways so we made it to Idaho late Sunday night and then stayed in Rexburg that night. The next day Royce's mom came down and got us! We did lots of fun things like went to Jackson Hole and walked around, then went to a bbq at the Bar J Chuckwagon which is a dinner and a show that was really fun!! We also went out to the movie one day and walked around what Royce's sisters called the junk fair or something like that in the park another day. We also played some badminton and that was funny!! Then on Thursday we went to Idaho Falls and stayed the night in a hotel with Royce's parents because we flew out at 7 Friday morning. We actually got really lucky on the way back because we made both the early flights home so that was good! We had a really good time and it was so fun to be with Royce's family!!
